Emergency Preparedness

The Mobile Medical Reserve Corps along with local and state public health agencies wants you and your family to be prepared for emergencies. In Case of an Emergency ARE YOU READY? produced by the Alabama Department of Public Health, was written to provide you with basic disaster preparedness education.  Being prepared before a disaster strikes is one of the best ways to make your family and home safer. We encourage you to read the information and make your own emergency plans with family, friends, caregivers, and co-workers.  It’s important to update these plans at least once a year, or when there are changes in contacts or other information.
